October 4th: Dixon FFA 4th Annual Truck Pull Dixon FFA’s biggest fundraiser of most action-packed day the year! Put on my one of Missouri’s best truck pulling associations. - Over 90 trucks pulling for this event! Come out and hear the engines rev! Gates open at 5 pm and pulling begins at 6 pm. October 4th: Richland FFA 3rd Annual Truck & Tractor Pull Get ready for the action at this great pulling event with all of your favorite concession foods available at the event as well as fish dinners so come hungry! 6 pm - 11 pm Jeremiah Brackett Pulling track in Shady Dell Park in Richland, MO 65556
October 5th: Frog Hill Half Marathon & Tadpole 10K This is a great race that will take you along the banks of the Roubidoux River and through some of the beauty of the Ozarks, with half packed gravel and half pavement, this race will please everyone! The half marathon will give you a chance to conquer "Superior Hill" and earn some bragging rights. Come do the Leapfrog 5K at Roubidoux Park the night before on Friday (6 pm - 8 pm) and get a special medal! Stay after the run on Saturday for a full day of fun at Fall Fest! October 5th: Nasty Pulaski Gravel Grind Bike Race A leg quivering bike race in the scenic Ozarks. The Full Nasty is the highlight with 83.5 miles, yet the Half Nasty (44.1 miles) gives you a taste of adventure with less of a commitment, and the Mini Nasty (24.3 miles) is a lot of fun for those folks who want to just mosey along. 8 am - 3 pm at Roubidoux Park in Waynesville, MO 65583
October 5th: 3rd Annual Fall Fest 12 pm - 8:45 pm A fun fall festival with live music, games for the whole family, food trucks, vendor booths, hot dog eating contest, beer garden, and a professional fireworks display at Roubidoux Park in Waynesville, MO 65583

October 4th & 5th: Oktoberfest This two-day celebration will have live music, food, activities, contests, cold drinks, and tons of fun. Fri 4 pm - 9 pm & Sat 12 pm - 9 pm. Make sure you check out the Volksmarch too on Saturday beginning at 10 am all at Colyer Park on Fort Leonard Wood, MO 65473 This event is open to the public, but Fort Leonard Wood access is required!
October 4th: 22nd Annual Know Your World 6 pm - 8 pm Join international students from 38 different countries sharing their culture and customs for a fun filled evening of food and friends! Nutter Field House Fort Leonard Wood, MO 65473. This event is open to the public, and free of charge, but access to Fort Leonard Wood is required.
October 5th: 9th Annual Gearhead Bash Car & Bike Show 2 pm – 5 pm An incredible afternoon filled with stunning cars, great people, poker walk, and fun activities with concessions also available. Downtown Richland, MO 65556
October 12th: Hallowthanksmas 8 am - 4 pm Humboldt's Treasure Day to celebrate all things of Halloween, Thanksgiving/Fall and Christmas! A great shopping event with kid’s activities too at Humboldt 1854 104 N. Commercial Street in Crocker, MO 65452

Museums, Farmers Markets, & Reoccurring Events
Every Saturday April thru October: Old Stagecoach Stop Museum 10 am - 4 pm The oldest building in Pulaski County built by W.W. McDonald in the mid 1850's and contains 10 rooms of history that have been restored to a different significant period in building's past. 106 Lynn Street in Waynesville, MO 65583 Busses, groups, and other visitors are also welcome by appointment. Entrance is free but donations are appreciated.
Every Saturday April thru October: 1903 Route 66 Courthouse Museum 11 am - 4 pm The original courthouse for Pulaski County and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979. Displays focus on the Trail of Tears, the Civil War, WWI, WWII, local history, and collections of quilts, farm equipment, and antiques. 303 Historic Route 66 in Waynesville, MO 65583 Busses, groups, and other visitors are also welcome by appointment. Entrance is free but donations are appreciated.
Year Round: Mahaffey Museum Complex Mon thru Fri 8 am - 4 pm & Sat 9 am - 3 pm Mahaffey Museum Complex houses the rich history and contributions of the Military Police, Army Engineers, and Chemical Warfare Units. This complex is adjacent to the WWII Army Complex Museum which replicates Fort Leonard Wood as it was during the 1940’s and the Memorial Grove area. 14296 South Dakota Avenue, Building 1607 on Fort Leonard Wood, MO 65473 Closed on Federal Holidays Museums are free, but Post Access to FLW is required.
By Appointment: Frisco Depot Museum & Caboose Local history museum featuring numerous artifacts and exhibits detailing the history of the railroad and the lives who helped build it. Guests can even get their photo with a real Frisco Caboose on display just steps away from the museum! Call Crocker City Hall to make an appointment 573-736- 5327 Depot Museum located at 109 10th Street in Crocker, Missouri 65452 Museum entrance is free, but donations are appreciated.
Every Saturday: *Pulaski County Farmers Market 8 am - 12 pm This weekly, year round market features fresh produce, baked goods, live plants, crafts, pet items, kid vendors and other home-made goods. Local authors, special vendors & food trucks vary by season. Farmers Market Pavilion, near the Roubidoux Spring Campground in Waynesville, MO 65583 *Vendors and product availability dependent on weather and other factors.
