This leg quivering grind winds through the beautiful back roads of Pulaski County with scenic river views and multiple stream crossings with three great courses to choose from!
The Full Nasty 83.5 mile course is the highlight with the longest challenge, the half nasty 44.1 mile option gives you a taste of adventure with less of a commitment, and the mini nasty 24.3 mile course is a lot fun for those folks who want to just mosey along.
Overall and Age Group awards. Join us for breakfast, lunch, and a fun day in the park.

All the proceeds this year go to Eli Novac, a young cyclist that was struck buy a car while riding the Meramec gravel grind.
