October 3rd Frog Hill Half Marathon/Tadpole 10K 8:00 am-12:00 pm You’ll love going DOWN Frog Hill and catching a full view of our famous Frog Rock. If you're looking for a challenge, run the Leapfrog 5k on Friday night, then the 10k or half on Saturday and receive a third medal for completing the Frog Hill Challenge. October 3rd 5th Annual Fall Fest Neighbor Day 3:00 pm-8:15 pm Enjoy an afternoon filled with live music, local food trucks, artisan craft vendors, inflatable kids zone, pony rides, live cosplay superheroes, tethered hot air balloon rides, community organizations, and small businesses from across the region. October 3rd-Oct 31st The Haunted River Float at Ruby’s Landing River Resort (and Select Friday & Saturday of Oct) 3:00 pm-12:00 am The Haunted River Float at Ruby's Landing River Resort is your one stop haunt. Take a hayride to the entrance 1/2-mile float in a raft in the dark on the eerie Gasconade River. After the float, take a haunted walk on the trail leading you up to the forest and the cemetery. October 2nd Community Tiger Pride Night 4:30pm – 6:00pm Join the Waynesville – St. Robert Chamber of Commerce and the Waynesville R-VI community to cheer on our Waynesville Tigers at Community Pride Night. This year's event will be at Waynesville High School in front of the Gymnasium. The Chamber will be handing out FREE hotdogs and soda and area businesses will be handing out all sorts of goodies. Every Saturday: *Pulaski County Farmers Market 8 am - 12 pm This weekly, year-round market features fresh produce, baked goods, live plants, crafts, pet items, kid vendors and other home-made goods. Local authors, special vendors & food trucks vary by season. Every Saturday: *Pulaski County 1903 Historic Courthouse Museum 11 am - 4 pm Open Saturdays May 2nd thru October 31st last tour begins at 3pm. Local Pulaski County History Museum containing local history exhibits, original courtroom, displays of Trail of Tears, Civil War, WWI, WWII, collection of cameras, quilts, and antiques. Every Saturday April - October: Old Stagecoach Stop Museum 10 am - 4 pm The oldest publicly accessible building in Pulaski County was built by W.W. McDonald in the mid 1850's and contains 10 rooms of history that have been restored to different significant time periods in the building's past. Last day of museum opening on October 31.106 N. Lynn Street in Waynesville, MO 65583 Busses, groups, and other visitors are also welcome by appointment. Entrance is free but donations are appreciated.
