This is a great race full of family-friendly fun!

You'll love going DOWN Frog Hill and catching a full view of our famous Frog Rock which is listed as one of the great things to see when visiting Missouri. And if you're looking for a challenge, run the Leapfrog 5k on Friday night, then the 10k or half on Saturday and receive a third medal for completing the Frog Hill Challenge!!! All of the races will lead you along the banks of the Roubidoux where you'll see the beautiful colors of fall in the Ozarks.

The 10k and Half Marathon start at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday (10/03) morning at East Elementary (1501 State Road F) in Waynesville and end at the Waynesville / Roubidoux Park. There will be shuttles to take you back to your car. *Shirts NOT guaranteed for those who register AFTER 9/01/26.

Packet Pickup for all races: Friday, October 2 from 2-5:30 in the Waynesville Park, race day pickup will be available on Saturday morning from 6:30-7:30 a.m. Register HERE!
