Davidson Fitness Center Indoor Pool for Lifeguard Training

Dates:  November 6th, 2026 - Lifeguard Instructor Trainer Course

                December11th, 2026 - Lifeguard Course

Time: 10:00 am - 1:00 pm

Location: Davidson Fitness Center Indoor Pool, 1300 South Dakota Ave., FLW, MO 65473

 

Open to ages 17+. Must pass pre-class test to continue course dates. Must swim 150 meters using front crawl or breast stroke, 2 minute tread using only legs, 50 meter swim, brick dive, and 8-14 ft retrieval. Cost per class please check link and register.

 

Registration Information

• Lifeguard Instructor Trainer Course: register from 1 October - 5 November
• Lifeguard Course: register from 1 November - 5 December

This event is open to the public, but special criteria may apply to access the military installation. Fort Leonard Wood Post Access is required!
