Experience the outdoors at the Great St. Robert Campout. Families are invited to enjoy a weekend of hands-on outdoor activities, a Chuckwagon dinner, Campfire Program, and Pancake Breakfast at the St. Robert Community Center Ball Field.
This family-friendly event offers a unique opportunity to connect with nature, community, and tradition—all in one place. Space is limited, so plan your visit and be part of this memorable small-town experience. The Great St. Robert Campout brings together local organizations, volunteers, and outdoor enthusiasts to create a weekend focused on connection, learning, and simple outdoor fun.
Participants will have the opportunity to set up tents on-site and enjoy a full schedule of activities that highlight both recreation and hands-on outdoor skills. There will outdoor demonstrations and interactive activity stations. The event is intentionally designed to be accessible to all families those without camping equipment are still encouraged to attend and take part in the activities and meals. Awards for best themed and cleanest tent to be given.
September 19th Saturday
• 0800–1000: Registration and check-in & tent setup
• Families may pull up to unload vehicles. Parking will be at Tiger Typhoon
• 1000–1030: Safety brief
• 1030–1200: Camp setup. Lunch not provided
• 1200–1700: Demonstrations and activity stations located along the gravel fence line near the RV slots. Families will receive a station sheet and may rotate at their own pace
• 1700–1900: Chuckwagon dinner served (no tables or seating provided)
• 1900–2100: Campfire program and games in the inner field (tent area remains in the interior). Sing Along & evening closeout
• 2100–2200: Free time
• 2200: Lights out
September 20th Sunday
• 0730–0900: Pancake breakfast line opens
• 0800–1000: Site teardown; families check out and depart
• 1000–1200: Final cleanup
LAST DAY TO REGISTER: SEPTEMBER 1,2026. $25.00 for a group up to 6. This is a Drug and Alcohol-Free Event. No RVs or Trailers. Sorry, no pets allowed. Volunteers will be available to assist families in need. Parking will be at Tiger Typhoon. To register please email park@saintrobert.com or call 573-451-2625.
