Beginning with Movement Monday on May 29, each day will focus on Kids' Health with an emphasis on the importance of adequate exercise and making wise choices. Tasty Tuesday, Wellness Wednesday, and Thirsty Thursday will be live at the Pulaski County Health Center (104 Ashley May Lane, Ste 102 Waynesville) from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. Fit-Family Friday will be held at The Ark (25625 MO 17, Waynesville) from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m.

All those attending (either in person or via Facebook Live) will be eligible to win prizes!!
