Fabulous Fall Halloween Fun!

Its that time of year when the leaves are changing, the air is crisper, and fall fun is calling! Kids get giddy with excitement for the opportunity to dress up in their costume and enjoy the sweet opportunity to gain some treats or tricks and partake in some fun activities. There are several opportunities to trick or treat or play fun games while enjoying a festival or walking through a trunk or treat location. For the faint of heart, a Halloween movie night just might be your thing with all those favorites snacks to indulge in. For the more adventurous, thrill seeking, folks there are a couple of spine - tingling, attractions to fulfill those heart stopping desires either on land, or on the river. If you are the one who would rather see all the cool costumes and just provide a tiny scare, check into pulling up your trunk to hand out some goodies to all those sweet seeking kiddos at one of the trunk or treat events, and help make it a fun night for all!

Family Friendly Daytime Delights

October 14th: Oktoberfest on the Square  Enjoy this family friendly festival from 11 am - 4 pm  with over 40 vendors from homemade items, crafts, t-shirts, wood items. direct sales business, non-profit organizations, food vendors, LIVE music and much more. On the Square in Historic Downtown Waynesville, MO 65583  This is a Free Event

October 21st: Trick or Read   A fun filled day  from 11 am - 8 pm for the whole family! Multiple vendors, food, free comic books and crafts then evening fun with costume contests, best decorated trunk contest, and safe candy grabs with a trunk or treat for the kiddos! Comic Hoarderz 320 Ichord Avenue, Suite Q in Waynesville, MO 65583 This is a free event!

EVENT CANCELED → October 28th: 17th Pumpkin Fest & 1st Annual Puppy Parade   Come to this multi activity walk thru event from 10 am - 2 pm with games, food, and fun! Dress up your pup for the First Annual Puppy Parade. Opportunities to play games and gather sweet at multiple booths. Pumpkin Festival is at Roubidoux Park in Waynesville, MO 65583 This is a free event.

Scary Screams & Goblins Galore

Every Friday & Saturday in October & October 31st Rising Haunted Attraction   Do you have the courage to get through Central Missouri’s scariest haunt? Fear lives each weekend from 8 pm - 11 pm  each weekend in October and on October 31st.  Wait your turn or get the fast pass to skip the line. Concessions available on site.  25238 Raleigh Road in Waynesville, MO 65583 Entrance fee required.

October 13, 14, 21, 28: Haunted River Float  A Spooky fun trip with a ½ mile river float at night, corn maze, haunted forest, and haunted house. Zombie Paintball, Axe Throw, and Escape Room are also available. Be sure to show up early to start all the fun beginning at 3 pm until 10 pm. Enchanted Evening Escapades

October 28th: Monster Mash Halloween Bash  6 pm - 10 pm  Free hot dogs, soda, and candy for the kids. Several haunted houses, trunk or treat spots, and a bounce house. There is also a haunted hayride through a graveyard in the woods for your scary enjoyment. (Bounce House is for children 10 and under) Pulaski County Ft Wood Shrine Club Park at 26920 Shrine Road in Waynesville, MO 65583 This is a free event.

October 28th: Hocus Pocus Movie Night  7 pm - 9:30 pm  A showing of the original Disney movie, Hocus Pocus  hosted by Drury University and they will be providing plenty of seasonal treats and drinks, so bring that sweet tooth! Drury University 194 East Lawn Avenue, Suite C in Saint Robert, MO 65584 This is a free event.

Tricky Treats at Trunks

October 21st: Crocker Park Board’s Trunk or Treat  4 pm - 6 pm  Free hot dogs, chips, and drinks (while supplies lasts). Free hayrides will be available, a game area, a photo booth contest for the best decorated trunk with local organizations and individuals handing out candy. Crocker Community Park in Crocker, MO 65452 This is a free event.

October 31st: Trick or Treat on Main Street  5 pm - 7 pm  Trick or Treat on Main Street Trunk or Treat event in downtown Dixon on Halloween evening. The event lines the majority of Second Street and parts of South Elm. Join us as area businesses set up to hand out candy downtown from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. This is a free event.

October 31st: 1st Annual Trunk or Treat at Copperfield Center  5:30 pm - 9 pm  A trunk or treat event in which all vehicles will have non allergy, non-sugar items "Teal Pumpkin". There will be a Haunted House, games and an Outdoor Movie. Copperfield Center at 370 Old Route 66 in Saint Robert, MO 65584 This is a free event!
