Like all of you, we here at the Tourism Bureau & Visitors Center are quickly reacting to the COVID-19 outbreak and it’s impact on our industry and community. Through our international and state associations and marketing vendors we are gathering information to assist our area businesses and tourism partners. In addition we are analyzing our marketing plan to ensure inspirational messaging is before the public and releasing pertinent tourism industry information to help our local communities.

RECOVERY
Once travel restrictions are lifted, care and caution must be maintained. Assuring the public that your business is continuing procedures to protect them and your employees will be vital. Maintain written procedures that clearly outline your plan of action and make this plan accessible both online and at your place of business. Include; questions that you may ask of your guests/customers, cleaning and disinfectant procedures, etc. Relay this information to the Tourism Bureau to share.
It is important that we are able to assure the traveling public as to their safety while vacationing in Pulaski County, to protect them and to protect our community.
